You can cancel your bounce house or water slide rental at any time up to 24 hours before your event and receive a full refund. Neither you nor we control the weather — and we’ll never hold that against you. If rain, storms, or high winds threaten your party, your peace of mind comes first 🌧️💨.

A.Yes! We deliver our inflatable rentals throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including cities like Florence, Fort Mitchell, Fort Wright, Union, Harrison, Alexandria, Independence, Newport, and many more. For locations further out, please call us for a current travel quote.
Q.⏱ Does the rental time include setup time?
A.No — your rental period begins when the unit is fully set up and ready for use. Our team arrives early to set up so you get the full rental time to play and enjoy your inflatable in Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky.
Q.🚚 When will you set up my inflatable?
A.Setup timing depends on daily scheduling, but we typically arrive 1–3 hours before your rental start time. On busy days, we may need to arrive earlier to ensure a smooth delivery. We always communicate timing in the weeks and days before your scheduled event to ensure smooth setups.
Q.❓Why are your inflatables cleaner than others?
A.Bounce Party Connection cleans and disinfects every inflatable after each rental. That means clean, safe inflatables delivered to your Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky event, unlike units you might’ve seen from other providers.
Q.🔌 Do inflatables need to stay plugged in?
A.Yes! A continuous power source is required for bounce houses and inflatables in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to stay fully inflated. If your event space doesn’t have electricity (like most parks), you’ll need a generator rental — which we also provide.
Q.🏞️ Can you set up at parks or community spaces?
A.Absolutely! We can deliver and set up inflatables at parks and public spaces in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Keep in mind most parks don’t have electricity, so reserving a generator is usually necessary.
Q.💳 What forms of payment do you accept?
A.We accept cash and major credit cards. If paying by cash in person, please have exact change ready when our delivery team arrives.
Q.❗ What if I need to cancel my inflatable rental?
A.All orders require a refundable deposit as long as a 48 hour notice is provided. You can also reschedule if that works better for your event. This applies to rentals across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Q.❗Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 10% Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order up to 48 hours before your rental time and date.
Q.📏 How big are the Bounce Houses and Inflatables and what space do they require?
A.Most of our bounce houses are 15’×15’, slightly larger than many competitors. We have many different inflatables in many different sizes. You can see the dimensions for our units on the product pages. Be sure to measure your available space — including room for blower access, stakes, and safety clearance — before booking. We’re happy to help if you’re unsure.
Q.❓What about the big inflatables? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each inflatables. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.❓What surfaces can you set up inflatables on?
A.We can safely set up inflatables on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Some surfaces such as concrete, indoor, asphalt and blacktop require an extra fee due to sandbags to secure. We do not set up on loose rocks or surfaces that may damage the vinyl.
Q.📝 Can I see a copy of the contract and safety rules?
A.Yes! A copy of your rental contract and safety rules is available via the link included in your receipt once your order is booked, or you can contact our office for a copy at any time.
Q.💡Am I responsible if the inflatable gets damaged?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
